The buyer will receive estimated delivery details when completing the purchase.
Suppliers are required to provide an estimated shipping date along with updates on the status of preparation and shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are based on the weight, size of the shipment, selected shipping method (sea, land, or air), and the distance from the supplier to the buyer.
Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the purchasing process. Turk Mall does not charge any undisclosed fees.
Shipping Insurance:
To cover responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping, the buyer is advised to purchase shipping insurance.
Turk Mall is not liable for any damage or loss after the shipment leaves the warehouse and is dispatched.
Specific Delivery Conditions:
The buyer must ensure that the provided address is accurate during the purchase, including street details, city, and postal code, to prevent any delays in delivery.
Shipments will be delivered to the buyer’s primary address unless an alternative address is specified in advance.
Confirmation and Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking number.
The tracking number allows the buyer to monitor the shipment's status and check its current location at all stages of the shipping process.
Customs Procedures and Taxes:
Shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the laws of the importing country. The buyer is fully responsible for paying these fees.
The buyer is requested to cooperate with the shipping carrier and customs authorities to expedite the customs clearance process.
Return
General Return Policy:
The buyer has the right to request a return of products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging, along with all accessories and related documents.
Turk Mall does not accept the return of customized or made-to-order products.
Return Acceptance Conditions:
Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and undamaged, with all accessories included, and proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number).
Packaging: The product must be packed in its original packaging and in good condition.
Non-Returnable Products:
Perishable Goods: Such as food items, consumables with short shelf lives, and liquid items.
Personal Items: Such as underwear and personal care tools (unless there are obvious manufacturing defects).
Customized Products: Any product that has been personalized or made according to the buyer’s specifications.
Return Procedures and Requirements:
The buyer must submit a return request via email to the customer service team (info@turkmall.com.tr) or through their account on the Turk Mall platform.
The request should include the invoice number or order number and clear photos of the product if there is a defect or damage.
Once the return request is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be used with the returned shipment.
Return Costs:
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products unless it is a supplier's error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
The buyer must select a shipping service that provides a tracking number to ensure the returned product arrives safely.
Replacement and Refund:
Replacement: The buyer may request a replacement of the product with another item, provided it is available in stock.
Refund: After receiving the returned product and conducting a thorough inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used by the buyer.
If the return request is rejected due to non-compliance with the conditions, the product will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.
Warranty and Defect Claims:
If a manufacturing defect is found, the buyer is entitled to a full refund or replacement, provided that the request is submitted within 14 days of receipt.
For products with warranties, defect claims will be handled according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
