Delivery

  1. Delivery Period and Shipping Expectations:
  • The delivery period depends on several factors, including the manufacturer or supplier, warehouse location, destination country, and any customs procedures that may be required.
  • The buyer will receive estimated delivery details when completing the purchase.
  • Suppliers are required to provide an estimated shipping date along with updates on the status of preparation and shipping.
  1. Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping costs are based on the weight, size of the shipment, selected shipping method (sea, land, or air), and the distance from the supplier to the buyer.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the purchasing process. Turk Mall does not charge any undisclosed fees.
  1. Shipping Insurance:
  • To cover responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping, the buyer is advised to purchase shipping insurance.
  • Turk Mall is not liable for any damage or loss after the shipment leaves the warehouse and is dispatched.
  1. Specific Delivery Conditions:
  • The buyer must ensure that the provided address is accurate during the purchase, including street details, city, and postal code, to prevent any delays in delivery.
  • Shipments will be delivered to the buyer’s primary address unless an alternative address is specified in advance.
  1. Confirmation and Tracking:
  • Once the order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking number.
  • The tracking number allows the buyer to monitor the shipment's status and check its current location at all stages of the shipping process.
  1. Customs Procedures and Taxes:
  • Shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the laws of the importing country. The buyer is fully responsible for paying these fees.
  • The buyer is requested to cooperate with the shipping carrier and customs authorities to expedite the customs clearance process.

Return

  1. General Return Policy:
  • The buyer has the right to request a return of products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging, along with all accessories and related documents.
  • Turk Mall does not accept the return of customized or made-to-order products.
  1. Return Acceptance Conditions:
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and undamaged, with all accessories included, and proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number).
  • Packaging: The product must be packed in its original packaging and in good condition.
  1. Non-Returnable Products:
  • Perishable Goods: Such as food items, consumables with short shelf lives, and liquid items.
  • Personal Items: Such as underwear and personal care tools (unless there are obvious manufacturing defects).
  • Customized Products: Any product that has been personalized or made according to the buyer’s specifications.
  1. Return Procedures and Requirements:
  • The buyer must submit a return request via email to the customer service team (info@turkmall.com.tr) or through their account on the Turk Mall platform.
  • The request should include the invoice number or order number and clear photos of the product if there is a defect or damage.
  • Once the return request is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be used with the returned shipment.
  1. Return Costs:
  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products unless it is a supplier's error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
  • The buyer must select a shipping service that provides a tracking number to ensure the returned product arrives safely.
  1. Replacement and Refund:
  • Replacement: The buyer may request a replacement of the product with another item, provided it is available in stock.
  • Refund: After receiving the returned product and conducting a thorough inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used by the buyer.
  • If the return request is rejected due to non-compliance with the conditions, the product will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.
  1. Warranty and Defect Claims:
  • If a manufacturing defect is found, the buyer is entitled to a full refund or replacement, provided that the request is submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • For products with warranties, defect claims will be handled according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
