PSC 105 construction polyurethane sealant

A one-component, low-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. Excellent adhesion to all typical building materials such as cementitious materials, bricks, ceramics, glass, wood, galvanized and colored metal sheets and various types of plastics.

Properties

It has lasting elasticity. No sagging - thixotropic. There is no stickiness on the surface after complete drying. Doesn't collect dirt. No shrinkage. It can be used with a hand gun and can be used easily. Can be colored. Treats free bubbles. 25% mobility. Complies with BS 6920 for water-soluble mineral impurities. Complies with SCAQMD rule, LEED 1168 credits, and VOC content specification requirements in EQc4.1 “Low Emission Products”.
