This product is obtained from the world-famous and EU-Registered Giresun Plump Hazelnut by cold pressing method without using any chemicals in order to preserve its nutritional values and functional properties at the highest level. It is high in Monounsaturated Fat (Omega-9) and is a natural source of vitamin E.

Usage Recommendations: Thanks to its high smoke point (221 degrees) and high monounsaturated fat content (85%), you can safely use hazelnut oil in all your hot and cold dishes (even in frying).
